CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR – MARSDEN VET SURGERY
Marsden Vet Surgery is a popular and thriving veterinary practice serving our local community of pet lovers. Our modern clinic and friendly team are looking for an experienced medical receptionist, a real go getter with a bright smile to run our busy front of house services and provide exceptional customer care.
To be considered you must meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrated experience working in a direct client facing position in a veterinary or medical environment
- Ability to coordinate animal medical cases and priorities with the veterinary team
- Experience managing appointment books and scheduling software
- Ability to engage and educate clients on our services and wellness programs
- Advanced account skills managing estimates, invoicing and payment options
- Maintain standards of care through records, reminders and recalls
- Excellent verbal and written communication with both clients and team members
- Maintaining information and records in accordance with our privacy standards
- Vibrant, compassionate and warm nature to put our clients and pets at ease
- Coordinate our social media, campaigns and google requirements
- Maintain work health and safety compliance with visitors, suppliers and trades
- Ensure our reception and waiting area is always clean and well presented
Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will be an integral part of our close-knit team to ensure that our clients and pets receive the best possible care and attention.
You should have a natural love for animals and strive for a stress-free environment.
This is a full-time position, working Mon to Fri 745am to 4pm.
